My family and I have been attending Groves Natural Therapies for various health issues for the past 9 years. When my son was 3 years old, he had behavioural issues which were way beyond the norm. Our child had become extremely difficult during the day, and even waking during the night throwing tantrums (for want of a better word). One particular day I started crying as he had one of his turns. When he had calmed down he came to me and said "I don't want to make you cry'. That's when I knew that my child, at 3 and a half years old, did not want to be the way he was, and no control over his behaviour. I didn't want to take him to a doctor as I feared that they would prescribe him Ritalin (or something similar), and I had seen the effects of these kinds of drugs on children during my career in childcare. So we attended Groves Natural Therapies, and came out feeling positive, and relieved that there was a reason and solution to all of this that didn't involve drugs. Three days later my son came to me in the evening whilst I was cooking dinner and said "Thank you mummy thank you, I am so happy". That nearly broke my heart and still brings tears to my eyes, and I can never thank Groves Natural Therapies enough. 5 years later and we now have two happy healthy children aged 8 and 6. Paul and Kathy.
I am 79 years old and have recently been diagnosed with colon cancer. I had other health issues which doctors and specialists would pat me on the shoulder and say ' it's all due to the cancer.' I felt otherwise, so I started treatment with Groves Natural Therapies before I had my operation for the removal of the cancer. The operation went well and the doctors were amazed at how well I healed and recovered afterwards. I have chosen not to have chemo and I am doing naturopathy instead. My other health issues are improving and I am feeling stronger and healthier by the day, thanks to Groves Natural Therapies.
"One day I felt very exhausted followed by a partial collapse in the lounge chair. Not knowing what was happening I started to feel unusual sensations and pains in other parts of my body which added to my worries and stress levels. Later those unusual pains and sensations increased and my worries led into strange anxiety attacks. My first attack caused me to panic and I called the ambulance to check my well being. The paramedics have done their regular tests and indicated that every thing seemed to be in order and suggested I rest and then see my GP the next day. The next day my GP has prescribed an anti depressant drug which I kept on taking for a week. The anti depressant made me feel all strange in the head and I decided to see Groves for help. At Groves I was given some good advice and natural medications. Within two weeks I was recovering well and started going back to work and began regular daily exercises". Many thanks, Tom of Highgate Hill.
I was feeling the heavy toll of neglecting my health and eating and drinking a little too much and went to Groves for help and within a short time we have turned that around and I feel like a new person. thanks, Keith of West End
